Outside of the recruiting world, Matthew is a passionate performer with his band, a dedicated volunteer at the local dog shelter, and an avid health and fitness enthusiast. Whether he’s tackling Spartan Races, running half marathons, or hitting the trails for a hike, Matthew is always up for a challenge—and brings that same energy and dedication to his work.
